Checklists

Organizations often use Excel lists, PDF files and Word forms to retrieve additional information regarding real estate. To ensure that these checklists become usable data as well, HUMBLE has ensured that users are able to define their own checklists.

You can subsequently outsource these checklists to an external party or link them as evidence for a compliance activity. The checklists can be easily processed on the platform or via the app on a phone or tablet. Furthermore, it is possible to create checklists with conditional definitions. Once you fill them in, you are given that follow-up question and if you don’t, it doesn’t happen.

It is equally possible to use icons or images in a checklist, allowing you to immediately determine whether there are any peculiarities. If you want to validate whether answers are filled in correctly, you can indicate per line which answers when filling in the checklist are correct and which answers require follow-up actions. The follow-up actions from a checklist are also shown in an overview, so that you do not have to continually work through all the files looking for that particular answer that was filled in incorrectly. The input fields in the checklists can be freely defined. For example, you can create fields such as text, number, date, multiple choice, signature, documents and images.
