There are many different ways for importing data into HUMBLE. Along with the service bus, where different systems can be integrated into HUMBLE, the possibility of importing from a bulk dump of another system is also available. The possibilities can be examined in consultation with a consultant from HUMBLE.

As we consider data security very important, we operate with two-factor authentication (2FA), also known as TOTP.  The first step is to enter your email address and password. The second step is a six-digit code that changes every 30 seconds. This code is automatically generated by an app. You can use the Google Authenticator app for this purpose, among others. There are no additional costs involved in creating an additional user. You even have the possibility to give your supplier(s) access to your HUMBLE environment.

Working in HUMBLE gives you the ability to collaborate with suppliers. You can grant access to as many users as you want. You determine what they can and cannot see and what they can and cannot edit.

Suppliers can easily provide supporting documentation for the right elements.

Yes, HUMBLE can be used on iPad and tablet. We have also developed an app. Download the app on your iPad and get started right away.

No, you are free to add as many users as you wish. For instance, you can easily give your supplier(s) access (with the appropriate rights).

Yes, you can assign rights per user (group) in HUMBLE.

The only feature that can be used within HUMBLE is archiving. So if you accidentally ‘delete’ something, you can easily de-archive it.

Yes, you have the flexibility to give multiple users, including an auditor, permission to access your data. You can also set permissions for each individual user.

If you have arrangements with a contractor or supplier, you can easily give them access to HUMBLE. This allows a contractor to directly upload, for example, a proof list during a compliance activity.

Within HUMBLE we use a standard role set, for instance a user role and a supplier role. Besides that it is possible to grant extra or less rights per user. That way you can determine exactly what a user can view and what he or she can modify.

Within HUMBLE it is possible to give your supplier(s) access to the information in your organization. You decide what the supplier can and cannot access. The supplier gets a personal login and can be added to activities within the agreed contract.

Of course. Custom fields can be added to an element. In this way you can always include all your data.

HUMBLE uses the NL-SfB coding, which is prescribed in the NEN 2767. By creating an element, related components can then be added to the primary element. For instance, an air handling unit. It includes the cabinet itself, but also the ventilation fans and the control valves.

In this case the main element is the air handling unit, underneath it are the related elements (fans and control valves).

Yes, within HUMBLE it is possible to save your documents and multiple versions of a document. You can then link these documents to almost anything, from property to a component from an element.

Yes, you can. You can manage all your contracts and certificates within HUMBLE.

After creating an MJOP HUMBLE will preserve it. You can then make this MJOP active or inactive.

HUMBLE offers the possibility to make a prognosis based on the MJOP activities available in HUMBLE. With the creation of a forecast, a schedule is generated based on MJOP activities wherein it is possible to move or delete activities in the schedule without modifying or eliminating the activity at the element. By creating forecasts it is possible to compare various maintenance strategies to determine your desired MJOP forecast. When you have determined a desired forecast it is possible to create a report of it or to view a clear overview of it on a dashboard. If you have modified a number of costs in the forecast, you can choose to apply all changes made to all underlying MJOP activities for the relevant elements. This allows you to apply all the changes with the press of a button after entering an adequate forecast.

Yes, within HUMBLE you can easily create a multi-year maintenance forecast (MJOP). Furthermore, you can make a variation on this, by shifting with expected costs. On the other hand, based on the budget cycle, HUMBLE will reproduce costs in the MJOP. HUMBLE also considers indexation of costs.

When you create an element to which compliance applies, the compliance activities will be created automatically when you add the element. Subsequently, the settlement of all compliance activities can be outsourced to suppliers who are included in HUMBLE through the use of contracts. They are able to log in to the platform in order to process them.

Besides this, it can be supplemented internally by users when, for example, an elevator inspection is to be carried out. After the inspection, the report can be added by an employee of the organization as evidence, whereupon the activity can be closed and a follow-up activity may be scheduled.

A qualified NEN 2767 inspector is authorized to perform this inspection. You can grant the inspector access to your HUMBLE environment, enabling him/her to enter the inspection directly.

The safety net construction can also be used, as prescribed in the NEN 2767. Based on the theoretical lifespan of the element, HUMBLE can then automatically create a deficiency.

Yes, these are automatically created within HUMBLE, no further action is required. In addition, it is possible to manually (additionally) create your own activities and actions.

This means that you can supplement the compliance rule set with rules according to the wishes of your organization.

When entering evidence you can choose from recent media uploads, previously added media to this particular activity (related evidence) or media from the element.
