Work in systems where you have to rely on what someone else is processing in terms of data is a challenge. Since we believe that you should work with as many people as possible on the data within your building, we have decided to store all data changes in one history. This way, as a user, you can see exactly who processed or modified certain data in the system. If you have the rights as a user, you can even reverse these entries. Because we store everything historically, you will also be able to make a comparison between two moments in time, for example.

You pick the moments and then see exactly which data has been modified in that period. This is extremely useful when, for example, conducting re-inspections or assessing the performance of a supplier. The historical data can be found for every item on the platform, but you can also view all changes on the platform in a single overview. Next to that, searching for specific data is made easier. This way you can see exactly what is happening within all your property data. Of course, if you don’t want to have to actively consult the data, it is also possible to set notifications for certain types of changes.
