After requesting quotations, possibly via our platform, it is possible to bundle the activities created in HUMBLE into a project and offer them separately or in a large selection to the party performing the work for you. Another option is to set up contracts that you have already concluded, so that the performing parties have access to the correct buildings and associated assets of the contract, in order to keep the data on the assets that they have under management up to date.
This will give the bidding parties direct access to the buildings and assets on which the outsourcing is based. You can then also have the asset data updated by these parties. If you prefer to keep track of what is happening yourself, you can simply follow the contract, the building or the activity and receive notifications of any changes that are made to the system. As a user you always have an up-to-date overview and you are free to share your own data with the parties you have given access to.
