Ticket management (KWIS)

There are often many complaints, wishes and requests for information on a daily basis. But how do you keep an overview of all these tickets? Within HUMBLE we have created a module in which you can link a ticket to everything in our platform. These tickets are then returned to the system as an activity and you can easily assign them to a supplier to follow up. You also give the supplier direct access to your own environment or do so via a link with our Chameleon service bus to the system of the supplier. This provides instant insight into the status of a report. You can historically see exactly what has happened to the call and what has been done by whom. It is possible to create tickets via our platform through the application on a phone or tablet.
